Privacy Policy

  1. Purpose of collecting personal data

For the purposes of processing requests or requests for a particular service, the Agency from the user collects the following personal information: name and surname, address, telephone, mail address, date and place of issuance of personal document, citizenship, country of residence, date and place of birth, payment details .

Before collecting personal data, the user is provided with clear information about the purpose and basis of the collection, the type of processing of personal data, and any third parties that will access the information.

When the processing is based on a receipt, the Agency will request from the user a prior request for the processing of his / her personal data.

Privola is every volunteer, in particular, informed and unambiguous expression of the wishes of the respondent or the guest, who gives a consent or personal consent to the processing of personal data by a statement or by a clear acknowledgment of action.

All data collected is kept up to the execution of the contracted service, and most up to the end of the current business year, except for data for which there is a statutory obligation to keep it longer.

The personal data necessary to handle the complaint on the provided service shall be kept for one year from the date of receipt in accordance with the regulations regulating consumer rights and the provision of catering services.

By enrolling an e-mail address in the “Newsletter” form, the user allows news, offers, discounts, offers and other benefits from the Agency’s offer.

  1. Value of personal data

The personal data that the Agency collects and processes in its work and business are considered as confidential intangible information assets provided by the owners – the natural persons to whom the data belong and to which they relate. With this information, the Agency is treated with special care and is used solely in accordance with the purpose for which it was collected.

  1. Personal Data Receivers

Personal data of the guests must be submitted to the national register system of guests -eVisitor.

Exceptionally, based on a written request based on the applicable regulations, personal data are transmitted to the relevant state bodies (eg courts, police, regulatory bodies, etc.).-

When it is necessary to provide a contracted service, personal data is also passed on to trusted partners (processing executives) for the purpose of providing customer support, information system maintenance or similar needs with mandatory data protection measures.

  1. Rights of the user

By respecting the principle of transparency, the Agency shall provide the user with all information regarding the processing of his / her personal data in a concise, understandable and easily accessible form and acquaint him with his / her rights.

In that sense, the user can always ask:

  • access to personal information
  • correction of personal data
  • delete personal data
  • limitation of personal data processing.

If a user finds that one of his rights has been violated, he or she may file a complaint with the National Supervisory Authority in the Republic of Croatia or the Personal Data Protection Agency, Martićeva 14, 10 000 Zagreb, azop@azop.hr

  1. Personal Data Protection Measures

Collected personal data are handled with compulsory application of appropriate legal, technical and organizational security measures to prevent any unauthorized processing of data. Only those data that are necessary for the purpose of processing are collected and are not kept longer than is necessary or determined by legal regulations.

Access to personal information is enabled solely on business needs. Measures defined by these rules must be observed by all employees as well as by third parties who have access to personal information entrusted to them by the Agency.

While all available technical, organizational and personnel measures are taken to prevent unauthorized disclosure of collected personal data, the Agency may not exclude the risk and the possibility that some of the collected personal data may be accidentally disclosed, contrary to the provisions of these Privacy Policy. To the utmost extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for possible damage to users or third parties through accidental disclosure of personal information.

In accordance with the applicable legal regulations regulating the protection of personal data, each request / inquiry will be as soon as possible and at the latest within 30 days of receipt. When solving these claims, the Agency will make every reasonable effort to confirm the identity of the user and prevent unauthorized processing of personal data.
